Theme: New Beginnings

As many of you are already aware, I’ll be taking a brief hiatus from Rose Healing Center and plan to return to offering services in February 2025.

It is with pure gratitude and joy that I announce that my husband and I are relocating to South Carolina.    We both love being near water, are ready to embrace the warmer winters and are grateful to be moving closer to family and friends. After many decades of multiple careers we plan to focus on simplifying and embracing life together.

As we step into 2025, I am so excited about the possibilities that lie ahead for Rose Healing Center and our community of light. I'm deeply grateful for your continued trust and support. Together, we'll continue to illuminate the path towards healing and well-being in new ways that I will be excited to share more with you about soon. Stay tuned!

The Virtual Rose Healing Center

Having built Rose Healing Center into a vibrant successful community of wellness and light, I have no plans to stop but rather to transform it. I am thrilled to announce that in February 2025, I will be transitioning to offering virtual sessions exclusively. Many of you have already experienced my virtual work, and for those that have not, I hope you will consider it.

This decision is based on my commitment to providing the highest quality care while also ensuring that I have the opportunity to stay connected with all of you. Please continue to check my website for updates on session availability. Thank you for your continued support. I look forward to settling into my new home in South Carolina and connecting with all who are called to work with me… More updates coming in future blogs!

Happy New Year!

As I have expressed in this blog in the past, without all of you - our clients and friends of Rose Healing there would be no Rose Healing Center. Thank you for continuing to support this work. It is an honor to walk with you all on this journey of returning to wholeness, healing and light. Thank you does not seem to say enough but it is all I have right now. THANK YOU! And a very Happy New Year to you!

How to Start 2025 with Positive Intentions

Ready to invite positive energy into your life? To usher in a year filled with positive energy, consider setting aside a quiet moment on December 31st or January 1st for introspection. Choose 5-10 intentions for 2025 and write them down. Store this list in a place where you can easily access it. Then 6 or 12 months later re-visit your list.

For those intentions that haven't materialized, reflect on the potential barriers that may have obstructed your path. This reflective practice can provide valuable insights into your goals and help you refine your approach for the future. By examining your progress and identifying obstacles, you can set yourself up for a year of growth and fulfillment.

The Wolf Moon - 1/13/25

January’s full Wolf Moon reaches peak illumination on Monday, January 13, 2025, at 5:27 P.M. EST

At a full Moon,  the Moon is located on the opposite side of the Earth to the Sun, so the face of the Moon facing towards the Earth will be entirely illuminated by the Sun’s rays.  Look for the January Moon to rise from the eastern horizon around sunset that evening. By midnight, the Wolf Moon glows bright and round overhead.  By sunrise, it will disappear into the western horizon. January’s full Moon came to be known as the Wolf Moon because wolves were more likely to be heard howling at this time. It was traditionally believed that wolves howled due to hunger during winter, but we know today that isn’t accurate. Howling and other wolf vocalizations are heard in the wintertime to locate pack members, reinforce social bonds, define territory, and coordinate hunting. Source: The Farmer’s Almanac

Our Crystal of the Month - Labradorite

Many legends claim this stone was made from the Northern Lights, or Aurora Borealis, which makes sense if you have ever seen this stone. Since the Northern Lights have made several appearances in 2024 I thought this stone was the perfect way to close out 2024. If you are looking to broaden your awareness in a spiritual manner, this is the stone for you.

Labradorite is considered a tremendously spiritual stone, especially helpful for people who tend to overwork. It helps an individual regain energy while aiding the body and spirit in healing itself. In the metaphysical world, labradorite is considered one of the most powerful protectors.

To access the energy of this stone, you can either focus on an image of the stone or hold a piece of it in your hand. As you do so, visualize the stone's grounding energy flowing through your body, bringing you a sense of calm, balance, and clarity. Once you have that energy flowing, invite in a new spiritual expansion or awareness. Blessings as we move into 2025.

Holiday Message:  Reflecting on Appreciation and Wishing you a Joyous Holiday Season.

The spirit of the holidays brings a wave of appreciation washing over me. This year has been a remarkable journey filled with growth, transformation, and continuous learning. My deepest gratitude goes to all of you – my valued clients, devoted fans, and cherished friends. Sharing my passion for energy medicine with you has been a privilege, and I'm especially thankful for the opportunity to serve you for the past 11+ years. Providing trauma-informed spiritual care continues to be my greatest source of joy. A special thanks to Kinsosaito Arts Center (www.kinosaito.org) for hosting my residency as a Sound Healer these past two years. The connections forged through the Kinosaito Sound Bath experience with the Crystal Harp Quartzophone will forever be cherished. No matter how you celebrate, may this holiday season be brimming with joy, peace, love, light, and the healing power of the season. I look forward to sharing exciting news with all of you in 2025 about what is in store for Rose Healing Center. Warmly, Rosemary
